Leadership Chester County is a comprehensive, results-oriented leadership program developed by the Henderson|Chester County Chamber of Commerce. The cirriculum is designed to inspire and prepare graduates to be active and effictive leaders in the Henderson and Chester County region. The program has four core components.
EDUCATION
Stimulating programs held in locations throughout Henderson and Chester County provide participants with insight on and understanding of a variety of important local and regional issues.
INTERRACTION
Strong networks of valuable relationships are developed as participants who are selected to represent a variety of occupations and professional interests interact regularly during a retreat and other social activities.
INVOLVEMENT
Community-oriented projects provide unique opportunities to increase awareness of issues, develop strong relationships, and contribute in big ways to Henderson and Chester County.
PERSONAL ENRICHMENT
Not only leadership skills, but understanding, awareness, self-esteem, and self-confidence come from the successful completion of the program. These skills will benefit the participant, his or her employer, and the community.
