BBQ Festival
The Chester County BBQ Festival continues to be an annual tradition since 1978. It features BBQ, live entertainment, fried treats, children’s activities and vendors. The festival is the Henderson/Chester County Chamber of Commerce’s largest fundraising event and is made possible by a volunteer committee. There is no admission fee. All events center around the Chester County Courthouse lawn in downtown Henderson. Join us for the 45th Annual Chester County BBQ Festival September 22 and 23, 2023.

Hee Haw Hootenanny
Howdy! The Henderson Hee Haw Hootenanny sponsored by First Bank is a volunteer-based production featuring live music, local actors and lots of fun! The show is at Williams Auditorium on the campus of Chester County Middle School. There is an admission fee, and you are encouraged to buy your tickets prior to show time because this popular community show sells out fast! Henderson Christmas Parade
The Henderson Christmas Parade is held the first Thursday night of December at 7 p.m. The parade features Santa Claus, bands, floats and performance groups. The parade route begins at the First Baptist Church and continues down Main Street to the four-way stop at Church Street. For the best view and a chance to see all the performance entries, find a spot on the Chester County Courthouse lawn and look for the “Henderson Red Carpet” performance area. The parade is produced by a volunteer committee made up of the Chamber Board of Directors and is made possible by community sponsors. There is no entry fee for parade participants, but they must register in person at the Chamber of Commerce office at 111 East Main Street.
The 2022 Henderson Christmas Parade will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 1.
Golf Tournament
The Henderson|Chester County Chamber of Commerce presents the 19th Annual “Chamber Masters” Golf Tournament June 9, 2023, at 8 a.m.
Every year the Henderson/Chester County Chamber of Commerce hosts a golf tournament. There is an average of 21 teams in the tournament, and they compete for prizes. Breakfast and lunch are served, and there are lots of wonderful door prizes, including rounds of golf, hats, t-shirts, golf accessories and more. To enter a team or to become a sponsor of this event, please contact the Henderson/Chester County Chamber of Commerce.

Pickin' in the Park
Join us each third Thursday night of each month (March-September) at the Sue Shelton White Park in downtown Henderson for live music and fun, jamming with local acoustic musicians. Come and play or bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a night of bluegrass, country and old-time music! Music starts at 6:00 p.m.
